Please note that, if you are using the Disney Plus app on your Smart TV or have a subscription from a third-party provider, then you will not be able to cancel your account.
Visit Your Profile
Once you have successfully logged in, click on your profile. You will find the icon available in the top right corner of the Disney Plus homepage. The process is same as most streaming platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, and more.
Go To the Accounts Tab
A drop-down menu will appear once you click on the profile section. Scroll down to find the “Account” tab in this menu. Click on it. If you are browsing through the app, you will automatically be redirected to the website. You will need to enter your credentials again to make any changes.
