And this was the reason that Meadow at the time had moved to California to live near her father, Paul.
It was later confirmed Cheryl agreed to drop her case if Soteros completed a rehabilitation program. Paul’s former partner, Rebecca agreed, and Meadow went on to live with her mother later on.
