3. Victoria’s Black Swan Inn

The 35 acres of beautiful woods on which Black Swan is located make for a truly unsettling setting after sunset. This inn is a member of the Scientific Paranormal Investigative Research Institute of Texas and is so well known for its ghosts and spookiness that it actually permits paranormal investigations  (S.P.I.R.I.T.). They have found a way to make money because of their reputation.
